Pathaan early box office estimates Day 8: Shah Rukh Khan starrer earns Rs 17.50 crore on second Wednesday | Hindi Movie News

Although the movie saw a drop in collection of around 20% from Tuesday’s massive Rs 21 crore collection, it managed to maintain its hold over the ticket windows.
The total collections of the film are now estimated to be around Rs 332 crore nett in Hindi. The extended first-week collections are expected to be around Rs 347 crore nett, keeping it on course towards the Rs 500 crore mark.
‘Pathaan’ crossed the Rs 300 crore nett mark in its first week, collecting an estimated Rs 315 crore nett. The movie boasts of an average collection of Rs 45 crore nett a day over its first seven days at the box office.
At the worldwide box office, Pathaan has shot past the Rs 617 crore mark, making it the third-highest Hindi language worldwide grosser in just one week. The only other films to earn more at the international box office are ‘Dangal’ which earned Rs 700 crore and ‘Bahubali: The Conclusion’ which earned Rs 800 crore nett respectively in the Hindi language.
‘Pathaan’ has also become the fifth Hindi film to hit Rs 600 crore worldwide.
The movie also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and is expected to cross the collections earned by every single original Hindi film by the end of its extended first week except for ‘Dangal’. The Aamir Khan starrer earned Rs 374 crore nett and it’s likely that ‘Pathaan’ will likely cross by its second weekend.
