The US government is using recovered unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) – also known as UFOs – to reverse engineer the technology, a former intelligence officer will claim before Congress.

Former intelligence officer David Charles Grusch will tell a congressional committee today that his evidence of ‘non-human reverse engineering programmes’ will lead to a global reassessment of priorities.

Mr Grusch, who previously alleged the US has secret ‘intact and partially intact’ alien vehicles, claims that his evidence on the programme will come as an ‘earth-shattering shock’.

He is one of three witnesses testifying before a hearing in Congress today investigating claims of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) – formerly UFOs.

In his opening remarks, the former intelligence officer will reportedly say that in the course of his official duties he was informed of a ‘multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering programme’.

However, he added that he was to denied access to additional information on the subject.

The former Department of Defence analyst will reiterate that the US government is ‘operating with secrecy with regards to UAPs’.

Mr Grusch will be joined in testifying by Lt Ryan Graves, a US Navy pilot who will say UFOs are an ‘open secret’ among fighter pilots.

Whistleblower David Grusch in an interview with News Nation claims a secret UFO retrieval program within the U.S. government has recovered ?non-human origin technical vehicles.

‘In an era, fraught with division and discord, our exploration into the UAP subject seems to resonate with an urgency and fascination that transcends political, social, and geographical boundaries,’ he will say.

‘The future of our civilization and our comprehension of humanity’s place on earth and in the cosmos depends on the success of this very process,’ according to his closing statement urging ‘a democratic process must be adhered to when evaluating the data’.

Notably, the US government has previously contradicted Mr Grusch’s claims of concealing evidence of extraterrestrial life.
